HELP! I'm looking into either a cusco or hard dog roll bar. I did some research into it and it seems no one made it specifically for the 06+? Will i really need to fabricate something to mount on my passenger side? THANKS GUYS!
Bitterman roll bar is the only one that I know of that is a direct fit and I'm pretty sure they aren't made anymore

Don't go Cusco unless it's just for show.

Get the hard dog and modify the passenger mount to fit the 06 floor
hard dogs don't mount to the floor do they? I thought they sit entirely on the rear shelf, which should make them fit all year s2000.

Cusco front legs sit in the floor pan, so yes they need to be modified to fit 06+ floor pan.

Anyway, they are very different bars. One made to fit around all OEM interior and the other not. One made for sanctioned racing, the other not. Depends what you want out of the bar.

Ah you're right. I still have a feeling that they may not fit 06+ for whatever reason. Worth checking with a dealer to make sure

A harddog 4 point rollbar is in no way made for sanctioned racing. And there is no actual data showing a Cusco rollbar would not be effective in the event of a rollover either.

Jei at BlackTrax has a nice custom rollbar in his car that fits around interior pieces in his 06.

May not be spreadsheet data, but there was a guy who rolled down a hillside with a Cusco cage...looks pretty sturdy to me...

was there when that guy soared off the side of the mountain. luckily he made it. they drug the car back up the hill upside down then flipped it. hit two trees on the way down. stopped up against the second one about 150foot down. that roll bar did its job well.

I see you're selling the wing and the wheels, what's in store for the car next?

I personally love the look of the car, the wheels give it a nice pop that flows with your interior color touches.

Very clean, almost like a battleship.
