CR is lame! Type S is the business!

Looks fantastic. Gotta let me drive it next weekend!

Haha...I'll probably just keep the soft top, if anything. I like the ease of top up or down anywhere I go. I will get an authentic OEM hardtop though eventually.

You're probably one of the very few I would trust driving it. You already impress me with your touge skills

Something I have always been interested in seeing is a CR/TypeS with small risers between the wing and where it mounts to the brackets. Would be cool if there where risers that would raise the wing element up and at the same time giving you multiple adjustment options. Carbon side diffusers and slightly raised CR rear wing would be a nice fit together I think.

I think if I were to raise it, it might have more damage from rock chips. I had to apply a bit of touch-up paint to the front edge of the wing. It has to be a custom fabrication to get the wing to sit higher. Side and rear diffusers should be the next logical step

Looks fantastic!

Did you use the template with that came with the TypeS badge? Not exactly sure what lines you're supposed to use. I did the whole "Type S" thing on my old Laguna a few years back, and kinda just eyed it when I put the badge on. I might do the same with my GPW.

I think they look real great. I wouldn't worry too much. I find the brightness spot on and they integrate well when you have bright ass LED dome lights in the same hue.

I had a closeup pic for reference, but it might need a bit of placement to the right. But it's stuck on there now, and it looks fine as-is. Can't wait to see the wing on your car

My painter just finished the CR deck lid yesterday, but I'm taking my time going to pick it up cause I'd rather let it cure a little before handling.

It took 4 hours...but I finally got my footwell lights installed. All wires and connections are working perfectly, according to js2k.com's instructions. It was hell trying to get everything set up correctly. The passenger side was difficult in the fact that I had to take out the radio and center console just to get the wires to the driver's side. Then it was a matter of getting all the wires tucked in and plugging the main power wire to the constant 12v fuse. But the end result was worth it...I love how it looks now.
