started through page 1 and followed your car's transformation. You did a hell of a job! It's looking great as it sits! Any plans for a hardtop in the future?

Thats awesome to hear man and I appreciate it! And yes I plan on a double sided RSG Amuse carbon top, and I actually plan to remove the soft top and do a lot of fiberglass work to install a system in its place! gonna be different

Alright finally got a day to get some work done! Heres what I got done in the 6 hours I had..

DAY 1

Tucked radiator being mocked up, will be welding mounting tabs to the sides of it and bolting it to bottom of the frame to create a "floating radiator"

Got the driver side rail cut ended up going a bit further back after another member gave some input

Didnt like how the frame juts out at the bottom where it overlaps, solved that issue with a filler panel! And tacked in the mount

Both sides squared and both mounts tacked

Striving to be different cut out my radiator support and am making a custom "cooling panel"

still need to add a "flange" to the back to make it look a little more fluid but I LOVE how this piece came out

Power Steering relocated

Driver side frame rail filler panel tacked in

Concept for the new crossmember I'll be building, it will be moved forward to the front of the eps

Daaamn that's Day 1?? Man it would be so painful to do all this with how nice your turbo was.

Well Jeez...I saw absolute perfection with the turbo build but hey, I'm sure it's like a drug and eventually you need more! Going to be AWESOME, wow.
