Chris's 2006 NFR S2000 build
YES! You have all read correctly, I am finally back in an S2000! Well, not completely back, as I still have to pick up the car. It's as good as mine though
I sold my previous S2000 in July of 2012 for an E92 M3 that I flew down to TX for, and had the car shipped back up to NJ. I owned that car for 8 months LOL. I now know my heart belongs to the S2000 and this next one is mine, for good
Here is some history of my old S2000:
I bought the car in January of 2010 with 48,xxx from a Nissan dealer in VA. Drove the 5+ hour trip to pick it up and drive it back to NJ. I owned it for almost 2.5 years when I sold it in June of last year with 72,xxx miles to a guy in NC.

When I sold it:

I bought the M3 from BMW of Austin in Austin, TX. It had 46,xxx when I bought it and I flew down to TX for the day to sign the paperwork, then had the car shipped back up to NJ. I ended up selling it in February of this year with 50,xxx to a guy from GA. Pretty crazy how life goes...

Now this all brings us to a few weeks ago when I was browsing Autotrader.com and came across this beautiful S2000 located in VA.
Here is a picture from the online ad:
So I talked to the seller and we agreed on a price. I was able to get approved and I had the car inspected this past Saturday. The car is a 2006 w/ 43,xxx miles! Of course I'd only own NFR, so I hope that's not a surprise to you guys
Here's a screenshot of the inspection report, it's a company called inspectmyride.com. It was under $200 and pretty well worth it in my opinion. They list all scratches and chips, they drive the car too. It's pretty cool!
From here on out, I will be updating this thread with news about the new car, as well as some pictures of the parts I already have waiting for install
