I think you need to get the Endless Mono 4 kit for the S2000. http://endless-sport.co.jp/brake_cal...000_index.html

It is only $5k or so. Cheaper than the J's racing kit! haha. And you are getting a similar setup to what some SuperGT cars use.

What I want to do is my current 2piece Girodisc rotor setup with Spoon mono block calipers redone in dark raw color like those Endless mono calipers with bare metal lettering.

You save about a pound with the trophy kit. Not a whole lot, but there is no paint to possibly scrape which I like. If you don't plan to track, the stop tech availability of parts is a moot point. If you needed to test fit your rims to a 328x28 kit,you can always test on mine if yo needed.
Thank you for the offer! my wheels have TONS of clearance so i'm not worried. Also, pretty sure my current GReddy bbk is very close to the same size as the Stoptech because when i browsed the "Stoptech wheel fitment" thread, the clearance between Stoptechs and Enkei RPF1 17x8 +45s seem identical to the clearance i had when i ran those wheels on this bbk.

As for the specs of the PMU vs. Stoptech, yeah 1 lb isn't a big deal to me, i just want my money to go to the better kit--no matter what. I wouldn't like it much if i were spending money on an inferior kit when i could have gotten a better one for the same price.
Np! Oh, for the 1lb thing, I meant trophy kit vs regular kit as I weighed two st-40 calipers, one trophy, one non-trophy. Obviously different looking and maybe a stiffer caliper with the trophy kit? The project mu kit is nice since it fills up the inner wheel nicely without needing 18"s.

I think the spoon kit would be a downgrade to your greddy kit. looks too small

Yeah the rotor size increase is definitely important when it comes to dissipating heat effectively. If the only concern is about filling up the inner wheel though then all the real benefits of the bbk aren't being utilized. There aren't many mono block 1 piece calipers though like the Spoon and the Endless Mono.

You could also look at the non motorsports Endless setups. You can get Endless mini-6 calipers in a large variety of colors. The Stoptech and Essex AP racing are definitely the most cost effective options though.
