USF1 Driver Lineup
I have not seen anything on this in awhile but I do know they said they wanted US drivers. So who do you think they will be looking at for a seat in F1?
My predictions are as follows..
Marco Andretti
Graham Rahal
I doubt it but I will throw it out there just cause I would like to see it they are to old though...
David Donahue
Randy Pobst

I'd like to see Tanner Foust in one of the cars. Dont think that'll happen though
Marco Andretti & Graham Rahal would be great

peter windsor and ken anderson already said they're not going with us drivers the first year
In the same conversation I think Varsha was joking with Peter about giving Nelson P. a seat

I remember Peter Windsor mentioning no American drivers for the first season during a pre race grid interview...

Word is there will only be one American driver for year one.
I'm thinking one of these guys (in order)
1. J. Summerton
2. Graham Rahal
3. Scott Speed
4. Ryan Hunter Reay
5. Marco Andretti

IMO, Scott Speed or Hunter-Raey are the top Americans. For international drivers, maybe Justin Wilson? I doubt we will see a non-open wheel driver behind an F1 car this first year (although it would have been cool to see Loeb at wheel!)
For publicity's sake, don't be surprised it you see Danica filling some role on the USF1 team next year. Just saying.

Here's a couple on-line items I found today (speedtv.com):
Kyle Busch:
USF1 sporting director Peter Windsor said last week that he has already met with the 24-year-old's business team, and that Busch should watch USF1's progress in 2010 before later making a decision about whether to switch codes.
Busch is under contract to Joe Gibbs Racing until the end of next year, and a team spokesman said the USF1 talk was speculation and that there was no reason to comment because the ‘news’ wasn’t really anything new and that nothing had changed since the team mentioned his name during their launch earlier this year
J.Summerton:
Autoweek publication that he is in daily contact with Charlotte-based USF1.
"I think my chances are very good," he said, revealing that the team wants to confirm its driver lineup within the next few weeks.
Summerton said that, if he is not selected to race a USF1 car in 2010, he expects to at least be the test driver.
