speeding under yellow
new safety car regs.
the good news is the pits will be open during full course yellow/safety car and getting rid of some of the stupid stuff we had last year.
but...
ok so if I read this correctly the cars will have a minimum transit time, i.e. speed restrictions, while on track coming into the pits.
So we could see drive through penalties for speeding while on track on the way to the pits while under full course/safety car yellow.
this could make for some very interesting on track behavior.

i don't fully understand what the hell they are trying to eliminate with this rule, but it sounds stupid...just like a lot of their other rules. why not just have the pit lane open so cars can refuel only...no tires or mechanical repairs.
then again, isn't there some bullshit rule about not refueling during a race now?! then what purpose does this serve?
