As The Supreme and Most Loyal Honda Racing F1 Team Fan on our site I feel I can speak for us Honda fans
First, (NO offense Doug, as I know you copied article with dates) Most of the questions are not from the date of Dougs articles. Many are from the offical launch on Jan. 29, and the rest are more recent.
I agree with Borbor that it is a typical bs political/team yada yada.
The 08 car is 100% new, Team has said there is no baseline nor data, so car has to be learned. 08 is in essence the beginning, so overall 08 wont be spectacual, but you never know.
Have RB as General will help, especially once data and 09 car goes to drafting.
The comment about JB was not Dodgy, as RB clearly praised JB and referred to MS in earlier interviews.
IKE planned/led D Day, 100's of 1000's died, I make this reference cause in war things take time, and a plans outcome is not known till much later.
09/10 is when the RB effect shall begin to take form, as a lot will be decided based on the progression of the RA108. If car is a disaster, and RB takes full control of 09 car, again will be like 08 as no data so us fans must hope and wait.

There is no doubt I am here for long hall. I am only sad cause when Honda was with McLaren, I was young to afford kit, and had NO team (I aint Doug ) for 8 years!
In conclusion, it takes time and you all know it. I have faith and I think all loyal fans love their teams win or lose.

If it's annoying don't read it. You are only further keeping it up, therefore defying your own criticism. That is the definition of hypocritical. I will bump old threads all I want being as they are relevant to today. Just because they are old threads, doesn't mean they are bad ones.
I bump threads because A) I have a memory like an elephant and B) certain people need to see just how wrong they are/were.
no one beleived marco when he said that 2009/10 would be the team's year. we have to bring those threads up because we were the ones who beleived in Honda F1 and Brawn from the start
