and not because mclaren and lewis won, actually yeah. it was finally nice to see the MP4-26 put up a real fight to the RB7 and people will argue its because of vettels 2 stopper vs 3 but we could say something similar about mclaren not preserving the tires for the actual race in round 1 and 2.
i think mclaren has finally figured out how to make lewis competitive come race day. unfortunately he has to be quick out of the gates in Q2 and Q3 and can't put more than 2-3 laps on the tires. its almost like single lap qualifying and finding the best set up quickly becomes key to be competetive on race day.
the only thing that worries me with the MP4-26 is medium speed tracks that the RB7 seems to excel in. hopefully they get enough upgrades come turkey cause drs won't be as effective as it was in malaysia and shanghai.

I agree was the best race of the season thus far. I liked the race strategy that McLaren utilized for Lewis once they knew what tires were going to be available to him.
Wish Button could have been on the podium as well, but he seemed to have some issues with the tires in the last few laps.
What a drive by Webber as well starting from so far back on the grid.
Having my F1 withdraws Turkey GP cant come soon enough.

Definitely a season to look forward to. Hopefully a third competitor will emerge (Ferrari or Mercedes GP). I'm still waiting for a podium battle with Kobayashi...
Also don't forget the middle field battles!

I am wondering at what point RB will get their sh*t together and fix Webber's car. Three races without kers and he is still doing well. Either fix the damn thing, or get it off of the car. There is no point in running the extra ballast without the benefit of the system. Imagine how good he would have done without the handicap.
That said, I was glad to see Lewis take the win. He has been my favorite driver since he made F1. Though Vettle mat prove to be the better driver. We know who has the better car..

Maybe with Webber it's a PICNIC problem,
Problem In Chair, Not In Computer.
"ksssh,, crackle crackle eh Mark, we think we've got a handle on the KERS problem... are you pushing the red button??? over. "
