I'm hoping/predicting that:
Badoer to (finally!!) score his first points ever;
Grosjean to be closer to Alonso than Piquet has been;
Webber or Vettel FTW!
Questions - can McLaren keep up the pace? Will Brawn bring any new developments to catch back up? Will the circuit suit Red Bull? Where will Ferrari fit into the mix?
Four weeks without F1 suuucks! Especially when there was a three week break not too long ago.

Different. Ferrari wanted a full-on test, like in the good ol' days of unlimited in-season testing. But under the current testing regime, teams are only allowed promotional running in-season, and there are quite severe restrictions on this testing. Extra hard promo tires are mandated, and there is a distance limit of 100km per day, and I think there is a limit to the number of days too.
So I don't think Ferrari had to ask for Badoer to get this promo testing; everyone is permitted to do it. How useful can the promo testing be? Probably just to get him familiar with the cockpit, anything new in there, and a rough idea on the aero package. I don't think he can benefit much from running on the promo tires.
