Vuey you will need the gaskets, and about 2 hours each side of cutting to get them just right. This will require a dremel tool, or airsaw. I used a dremel and went through 4 cutting wheels.
Also need body colour paint to touch up where you have grinded, so it doesnt rust.
It is pretty straight forward. But I did have the harness, and just had to solder up to old wiring.

Hmm yeh it's quite a lot of work to cut it out yoruself...save yourself the pain and source an airsaw...I used a dremel and went though 5 cutting blades myself but one of them snapped...I would consider using a dremel to be very dangerous and time consuming. That being said, the first side took me 4 hours to cut roughly, the second side too me less than one hour.
