hmm you should see a picture of the AP2 lights on at night, LED rings on each side, the center part lights up with blinding LEDs when you get on the brakes, good for annoying friends or tailgaters...

You also get rid of the 'retarded' semi-circle indicators and reverse lights, what's not to like?

My thoughts exactly. At night time these lights are unreal.

I prefer the look of the AP1 lights actually. Except at night. The LEDs on the AP2s do look spesh. But I think the overall design looks too busy.

I agree.

I think the AP1 lights suit the look of the rear with AP1 rear bumper, more so then AP2 lights with an AP1 rear bumper.

It would also be nice to ditch the orange from the AP2 lights.

I the rear view of a black AP1 more then any other S2.

IMO i reckon the lights just give the car a really good facelift and in MAD828's words "modernising it"

if you got the couple of hundred bux to blow and the time and patients to convert it my advice is do it! and then do the fronts down the track, beats paying extra 20K for an AP2.! Also i think it gives a more agressive look to the car..

AP1.2 FTW!!!

id upload somepics but haven't really taken any yet..

Well firstly it's more than a couple of hundred and unless you work in a hospital I'm not sure where you're gunna find willing patients.
