Default White S2000s

Hi guys.... I registered on this forum two years ago when I first contemplated selling my car and getting an S2000 and now I'm carless so it's time to do some shopping.....

What I always wanted was a white S2000 with the red interior..... trawling through the various sites. drive.com, carsales etc etc there was a total of 1!!!

Is there any reason why there are so few??

On a similar note if anyone knows of anyone selling a good S2000 (no necessarily white) please PM me.
Thanks

Hi lilturtle, Welcome back to S2Ki. Yes, the white ones are reasonably rare. I don't know why, I think they look great.

All I can suggest is just keep prowling around the various car sale web-sites until you spot one. Or make Blackie an offer he can't refuse

[jedi]You don't want white[/jedi]

There are a couple but you are going to pay a premium for them apparently

One on Carsales (or was it carpoint) 02 model with some mods for $52

Or one with 20" wheels which for anything over 20k is not worthwhile

i dont see the fuss with white s2k...sure it looks hell nice but to me an s2k is a classy car so black and silver does it for me. White is too tracky...

Tracky? Is that a new word for racey or a mix between trashy and tacky?

Nah black S2ks are a dime a dozen sorry, kidd! White is very clean on the S2000 and is a lot less of a headache than the darker colours when it comes to keeping them clean and well finished.

Well the reason I find it strange there are so few whites is because in al models of all cars white is generally quite common
