Can anyone help me on a cheap flight from Athens to Italy? I've checked out Easyjet and RyanAir and neither seem to fly that route

Cheers.
Try http://www.zuji.com.au Aust. Italy is a big country so you might want to be more specific on the city you want to go to! I did a quick search on Athens to Rome and there are a few choices, Alitalia being one of them that fly direct.

If I had the time I'd love to be doing the whole thing by car. As it is I'm pushing up hill trying to buy a campervan that I can drive through Scandinavia.

Adam, is there any insight you can give me as to buying a van in the UK and taking it over by ferry? I'm told that 3rd party insurance isn't attached to the car but rather the driver. Is this correct b/c there are 3 of us that will be driving.

Thanks for that link too I'll check it out now.

Doubt this will help anyone but I ended up finding that if I get a train from prague to berlin and fly from there to athens with Easyjet then it'll be around $80 + $100 respectively. Its a 4 hour train ride but it looks like our only option as we've booked our contiki cruise in Athens already.

BTW I'm leaving on Sunday

I know it's late notice but I plan on having one or two quiet ales at bungalowie 8 tomorrow night. Anyone interested just shoot me a PM and I'll give you my mobile number otherwise see ya later!

I'm thinking that I wont be able to take the time to post up on here every time that I do find time to group email so I'll add any of you on if you pm me your address and if you find them interesting enough you can post them up. Same goes with pics, I'll u/l a few here and there whilst on the road and send them but I'll most likely rely on someone here posting them up.

Failing all of that I'll be sure to remember you guys in 4 months time and I'll do what I can as far as logging my journey on here for entertainment purposes.
