Yet another classic example of the inverse relationship between intelligence & maturity and those who use inappropriate lower case spelling in their user names.

Yep, it's an old one. It came right after a thread by TK about him and a friend driving through Peats Ridge at up to 180km/h and his friend losing it. The female passenger was injured. He was looking for support, but copped a bit of flack for it so he deleted the thread.
In light of what we know now of TK it was probably all BS anyway.

i remember a story about a guy in a modified rotary at wakefield or calder, or somewhere. anyway he was pulling sub 10's before he totally wrecked his car. i mean a rotary doing those numbers is scary, its all over the shop but anyway, this guy spent heaps on his car and he ended up in the wall, he flew out the front window and hurt himself real bad. just proves the fact that although its fully supervised, people still get hurt or worse die like that guy The Judge with the twin turbo V8 red italian car last year who ran straight into the wall. Correct me if im wrong but that car was an alfa romeo with a holden v8 engine that was specifically modified by Alfa Romeo Australia and retailed for about $80k, i read this somewhere coz the car looked a hell of a lot like a alfa but riced up a bit.

The car that hit the wall at Eastern Creek was a Giocattolo (Italian for toy). It was an Alfa GTV chassis with a mid mounted Holden V8 built in small numbers in Queensland. The owner had it twin turbocharged and it made over 1000hp. He was estimated to be doing 280km/h before he applied the brakes too late.

You're a little out of line here without knowing the facts, buddy. TK lost his rights to any respect from the other members of this board after his conduct.

I remember seeing the Giocattolo accident on TV. Scary stuff. They showed footage of it engulfed in flames. I don' think the guy would have survived the crash anyway.
Doesn't Eastern Creek have much of a braking area or were the brakes on the car inadequate?

Oh he died alright.
I am quite surprised you can't find the footage on the net. I've looked and had no luck.
There was quite a case against the marshalls present on the day. Not sure what came of it.
