I know a guy that wants to buy a Recaro drivers seat. Does anyone in Victoria or NSW want to sell their one or know where there is one up for grabs?
If so what price?
I dont think that he is particular about colour.
Maybe you could use this as an opportunity to upgrade to a real tight fitting proper fixed back one.

I like the seats that come in the ITR. I just don't know how some of the people I see driving around in 80's corolla's can afford to put a pair of these into their cars. There must be a cheap place somewhere...

In Malaysia it was not uncommon to see cars with shoddy clearcoats, crap paint jobs and even RUST sporting ridiculously expensive BRIDE carbon-fibre bucket seats!
Hmm... I suppose one's loss is another's gain: more so in dodgy Malaysia than in Australia (not to say Australia is lacking in the dodgy department hehehe)

Driving a nice car in Msia turns more head than here in OZ though.....hmm, but not convertible in these polluted and hot and humid place.............
Anyway, back to Recaros....I didnt know that OEM S2K's seat are recaro....hmm are they ?
Have you tried Japanese Motorsport (www.japanesemotorsport.com.au) in Adelaide....they are used parts (from Japan) distributors.....also you can consider Sparco, they are nice tooo....and less $$$.
Recaro - Roman Autotek (Syd)
Sparco - Revolution Race gear (Oz Wide)

MyYellowHonda,
Here's a pic of the (one of their range) Sparco. They are excellent quality seats made from Italy *I think*
I think these are about $450 oz each...
Cheers
