VAFC Settings for Oz
Guys
Just had my VAFC installed (thanks Auss2000) and dyno'ed at BD4's.
I am not entirely happy with the results.
Could I get you guys (with VAFC) to post what settings you have found to be the best for Aust Conditions.
Thanks

I have the AEM intake and HKS exhaust. Must admit at this stage Im a bit dissapointed. Dyno shows I picked up 6-8 hp though???

Hmmm... you should be getting more since you got the AEM CAI. Chuckie is your car the silver S with the volks and CF Hood/ If it is then I keep on seeing you around the fairfied and Cabra area. BTW can you post the pick of the installation the AEM . I was going to install it but did not have the instruction and did not know how to reroot the tubings next to the intake. Cheers

press "Previous" repeatedly until you get to the first screen
use to arrow to select "settings"
press "Forward"
go to "Hi...." setting and have a look at the values.
If you are not too good with the unit, it's best to wait for AusS2000 to have a look because if you accidently reinitialise the unit it will loose all the data.

a real source of power loss to me
leave your vtec at 5800 chuckie or you will loose power
the VAFC will smooth out VTEC transition so this is probably why you felt the power loss
