I think its legal aslong as the lenght of it is smaller then the body of the car.
Personally i dont like them.. its a bit tacky..

thats the thing with common sense, it aint that common.
seriously, one has to question the taste that some people have. but i guess thats what makes people the way they r. it doesnt mean i have to like it or even agree, but please
