Default Stock S2K dyno chart

hey guys... im posting this just to show how much a stock S has.

i dynoed my MY06 on saturday during a nissan dyno day hehe.
i wanted to have a baseline dyno so that when i put in mods i can definitely know how much power i have made or lost.

i made 139.8kw (187hp) .. dont really know how to read the graph but the bottom line is the torque...tested on a Dyno Dynamics.

to my surprise i was also more powerful that a couple of modified GT-Ts .. they only pulled 120kw, and a DC5 with basic bolt ons only made 118kw.

im assuming this is what a stock S should be at since mine is stock... good? bad? discuss.

Nice figure, good for a stock, average seems to be around 135kW on a Dyno Dynamics.

Different dyno = different results. Different operator = different results. And so on.

You can't compare the actual numbers from one dyno against another ... it's hard enough comparing the same dyno from 2 different days.

Different weather, tyres, tyre pressure even lol too much comes into play on the dyno. However your power curve is good, very linear power delivery.
It's good to get a base line so you know where you're at but its hard to compare if you get a mod and dyno it 6 months later man its not accurate.
I like to get low baseline dynos so when I mod it hopefully goes higher LOL!

Your power seems to dip after 8400 rpm? did he let off the throttle or anything, mine is straight up all the way to 9000rpm.

I feel sorry for you perth guys 3rik, your quarter sucks too LOL.
