Squick Noise when Depressing the Clutch
Hey guys. Lately ive been noticing a squicking sort of slight grinding noise when depressing the clutch. It is most prominant during first and second gear changes. Do you guys get this too? is this a warning symptom for anything serious?

Yep its getting a little resistance.. It happens when i am almost fully depressing the clutch.. hence why 2nd to 3rd and so on gear changes dont make this sound.. Any Ideas? Could it just need lubrication? i know my 50k service is coming up in 500km..

checked fluid level and it seems fine. Will have to flush the clutch.. Could it be anything else? could it be due to riding the clutch? im thinking more towards lubrication and i hope i am right...

I had a similar problem, where the clutch pedal felt a little resistance just off the floor, and occasionally made a squeaking noise.
It ended up being the release fork. Regreasing of this solved the problem.
The local mechanic who knows about S2000's regreased the fork, and I got him to change the fluid also. I think it was about $55 in total.
