There may be have been more than novelty value to it. I have the compresor and paint gun (s) and changing the colour of doors, cars , etc has the "because I can" appeal.

what colour were you thinking anyway Sleekcar ?

mate of mine sprayed his S2000 Bright orange with an tann interior . It looked hot ! I would seriously consider spraying my old NFR S2K lime green .

there should be a warning on this thread "have bucket at your side"

Lime green? seriously...and was that the orange one that was in that Autosalon mag last year or something? The one where the guy had to compromise his intake just to fit the big air thingy for his fully sick suspension?

i wasn't even thinking custom. i was thinking something along the lines of black or gun metal grey. just not that keen on the rest of the stock colours. silverstone is not bad i guess.

serious . Seen one in a mag , it looked really nice , its actually a factory colour , just not available in Australia . As for the orange one , no , its not the one your talking about .

Yeh I saw pics of a lime green car they had in the UK...haha don't worry I HAD dreams of painting mine Imola Orange like the Amuse car from Japan...

Purple is a great colour And kinda unisex I guess

But the more expensive paint jobs aren't always the best. Had some touch up done on my Mini and the first guy made it worse instead of better. The second guy did a great job and cost less

Purple is just a cool colour though.
