Default Recommendations for service centre in Brisbane?

Hi all,

Having just bought a S2000 a few weeks ago, I'm seeking advice from other owners on experiences or recommendations on dealers for servicing?

Cheers...

I got my honda from Highway Honda, where did you get yours?
That place is a dealer that i WOULDN'T suggest you go to...

i don't know about other dealers, but i have a feeling they wound the odometer back

Maybe they might be better with S2k owners...??

None that I have been to have been satisfactory.

Particularly Austral Honda. Avoid them at all costs.

I would recommend a guy who owns a business called Hondacare, he is a former service manager from a brisbane dealer, uses genuine Honda fluids/consumables and charges a hell of a lot less than the dealers.

An added bonus is that you can stand there and watch him service your car and he explains everything to you.

Would going to a non-Honda dealer invalidate warranties?

I use Southside Honda and have found them to be excellent.

They could try to bull that bullshit on you but it has no chance of standing up legally.

Consumer law clearly states that they can specify how to service your car but not who.
