Default Rear Bumper Fix

Hi All,

I had some tosser "park by feel" using the back of my car on Chapel Street last weekend.

Which in turn has made the top corner of the bumper stick out somewhat and for some reason it catches my eye every time I look at the car.

I know that I have seen some threads relating to this but the search function is "orrff".

Thanks.

S

Possibly the bracket behind the bumper has been bent a bit ?

And for someone who can't work the search system that is too much to ask.

I'm not sure how bad of a shunt it is, but my rear bumper was hit while parked as well around a year ago. However my shunt caused the rear bar to be buckled which was part of the chassis, which resulted in a $400 job.

Thanks Guys.

It was not hard enough to damage the paint DB but I think its the same as happened to you.

Can you replace those clips??? Hope the bill is not $400.

Oh and Aus FYI the search was not working the two days I tried, on 2 different systems. I hope you are feeling a little better today and if you need a hug just pm me.

Is it an easy thing to do to take the rear bumper off and look at the clips?

As you may have noticed on the recent cruise, my rear bumper is in need of a little adjustment. Seems there's quite a few of us with a similar issue.
