The following logo was on the center cap of some fugly 15" alloys purchased off eBay (not by me!), they look like OEM but just not sure who the 'M' is, any ideas?

I know I've seen it but I couldn't find it anywhere. I suspect they are off some Toyota from the 70's.

Why do you refer to 'M' BTW?

Apparently it has Nissan on the back of it and the wheels have Nissan on them too but I can't find any reference to this badge being used by Nissan. The wheels do like they are from the 70's though!

The 'M' in OEM = Manufacturer.

Managed to find a car with this badge on it, I think it might be an early Infiniti badge, it can be seen on a Nissan Cedric which was also know as the Infiniti M45 and was produced between 1960 and 2004 apparently:

If you look hard enough you will find a modern version of that badge on Grey imports (Yes even GTR's).
