o/t LANTANA, a good flick???
On NPR (National Public Radio) this afternoon they mentioned this film Lantana. Is it as good as it sounds? I think it just opened today here, is it worth a checking out this weekend?

I've seen it, and, yep, a very good flick. I can't imagine any 'translation' problems - it could be set anywhere and I think they've pitched the accents as mid-pacific.
Go. Enjoy. Tell us what you thought.

I can confirm what billyblue said, no translation problems, heck I didn't even need to read the subtitles. The movie was entertaining, I didn't feel ripped off after seeing it but I wouldn't call it a "must see" either. Typical whodunit storyline and interesting interweaving of the characters. I've always liked Barbara Hershey since I first saw her in Tin Man. She has nice lips. OK, I've changed my mind, this is a must see movie, how can anyone pass up a chance to see those lips...
