Thumbs up New wheels..

Hey Guys

I was wondering if the new wheels I'm going to get would fit on my s2k the car has been lowered 1inch at the front and 1.5 at the rear.

the wheels i want are the following size

+45 offset all around

Fronts: 18x8 with 225/40/18
Rears: 18x8 with 235/40/18 (235's are my main concern if these will rub the guard even tho mine have been lipped)

I'm running 18x9 with 265s and a 61 offset at the rear and lowered 1 inch. No rubbing.

So my wheels are a 30mm (15 each way) wider and 16mm closer in.

I have a feeling you'll be ok.

im running 18x8.5 +40 at the rears 235/40/18 and it sits flush with my rear guards. I also had to roll my guards and relocate the bumper tab.

I would go 245/35/18 in the rears, but it might be a bit wide for an 8" rim...you should check that up first...

It also depends on how much camber your running, from memory each degree of camber gave you 11mm of clearance...search up for a user named rijowscky or something...he runs some crazy setups! from what your saying I think he would consider that to be relatively "safe"

18x8 + 45 offset all around.

IMO, I don't think those would look very good. Even if they had a nice face they would look anemic on the s2k.

"rijowysock"

TBH, I reckon he would say 18x8 +45 all around is relatively ugly.

But that said, STAIN if you really like the rims you're talking about, just buy them. It doesn't matter what anyone says as long as you like them.
