Yikes! SK2K, sorry to hear about your loss. It must have been awful discovering the broken glass.
Is this car park a busy shopping centre type one or an office building type one? Like, would there always be people around or would it be deserted during the day?
Do you think they were able to get it started & drive away or would they have been able to winch it onto the back of a flat-bed truck and carry it away? Up until now we hadn't heard of any cases where a thief was able to beat the immobilisor. Previous thefts have been done with a tow truck.
How many keys did the previous owner give you when you bought it?? There should have been two black (full) keys and one grey (valet) key for a total of three.

wow, macquarie centre has CCTV so ask the security for their footage, they keep it for a month.
i have never had any problems parking cars at mac centre and i go there nearly everyday.
just let me know whereabouts you park so i can avoid that area, i generally park in the areas that have high traffic.
unbelievable really, hope u get this sorted out.

Sad to hear that mate...... Mac Centre has been known for a few car thefts... I have spoken to one owner who had their skyline GTS-T stolen there and recovered about 2 weeks later with only the radio gone....
although I don't know if I'd want the car back then....
