Qantas has never lost a passenger in peacetime through accident....I think the Connie was the only a/c destroyed...And the 'Bangkok Banger' was repaired, mind you, to the tune of 100million$ so it wouldnt go on record as a hull loss.

The crew of the Mauritius Connie kept flying for years.
A/c incidents
The 'Bahrain Bomber' makes good reading and sorry once again if some of the stories and pics are missing till the server for some of them is back online.
