will they void the warranty if you add one of those electronic blow-off valves. You know, the one's that make an electronic *PSSHHHT!* noise through an alarm like siren horn.
wil..
PS. I'm sorry, I've been in a really weird mood since the Buffy Musical that was on Seven Monday night. I'm really happy and stuff.

"various modifications that affect adversely the vehicle's reliability, stability, or overall performance"
That's what it says.
your basic i/h/e will not void your warranty. if they are getting anal about it, go and complain to the manager and swear your head off. it'll work (there are some people who say getting personal in these 'business' matters don't help - they don't know shit).
Although I know that some subaru dealers will not let you change the exhaust - unless you get it done at their workshop - bastards!

my 2 cents...
with my MX, I bought all the bits - wheels, springs, shocks, strut brace, CAI, exhaust and manifold and got Mazda to install. based on this, they agreed to fully support warranty.
price was quite reasonable for installation too...and they honoured warranty claims that may well have been due to modifications (eg: rattles in cabin after a while, possibly from 17 inch wheels and cart like suspension)

Not only subaru will not honour the warranty, a friend who had a WRX and fitted a blow-off and sports exhaust (amongst others) had Subaru refuse to fix anything in the car. I personally have never had a problem with Subaru, but I think it is a case of buyer beware.
the turbo sounds like completley crazy idea... won't that stuff up the whole weight distribution... get ready to hold on, sounds like wheel-spin and a light back end.... could be a heap of fun though

Gunna put it in a trailer behind the car.
Seriously, on RHD it will be mounted beside the head up high. On LHD it will be mounted lower down beside the bloack so as not to foul the fuse box or battery.
