Do you know a good one?

Trouble is, they are in Hong Kong where I believe the definition of customer service is "repeatedly frustrate your customer with ineptitude until they go away".

So their 'no dead pixel' policy is not actually a no dead pixel policy at all.. That's absolute BS - sellers that state sh!t like that in their ads should be made to honour it!!

Probably not much good to you but I'll actually be in HK in a few weeks and will probably be frequenting the areas where you source this type of stuff (Mongkok etc)..

Cool. I've got this little package I'd like you to deliver to them. Don't mind the ticking.

Seriously, I'd love to pay them a personal visit. It would make it much harder for them to be twisty and slimey.

But I expect this will be resolved fairly promptly now.

Just got an email from Ex-audio. Looks like they've seen the light.

Do you mean off the bezel, or off the bits behind the dash? I expect you mean the bezel.

He would have done that so he could work out the size. I made a mould instead and used that.

I can't stress how much this is a custom job. There is no procedural manual and no set solution. You just have to experiment and do what works.

I thought he was doing the whole job? I wouldn't have one guy cut the dash and then someone else do the rest.
