It's sometimes wise to mention little things like that when you are asking for technical support.

Reminds me of the one about the person requesting technical support:
Tech: What's the problem
SHBK: Screen is dark
Tech: Is it switched on.
SHBK: Yes
Tech: Is it plugged in
SHBK: Can't tell
Tech: Why not
SHBK: Because it's dark
Tech: Why is it dark
SHBK: Because of the power failure
Tech: Arrrrrgggggggghhhhhhh
