Help cleaning rear window
Hey guys,
Im having a big issue cleaning my rear window on my 99' AP1.
The window is hazed up and happens all around the rear window especially where it folds.
ive tried to clean it just by rubbing water and wiping dry to see is it clears.
ive tried meguires PlastX and doesn't work either.
the same issue is happening with my headlights, i have tried bug and tar remover, meguires plastx, and even buffed off the plastx when trying. its not coming off.
Any help is good help guys.
thanks

Do you use a PC buffing machine for your headlights?
I have used Meguairs Plastic cleaner and polish on the headlights with alot of success.
The only thing is, i used a PC buffing machine and buffed it out then i finish it by hand with a touch of Plexus.
I even use the machine for the outside rear plastic window but you have to be careful and buff lightly and also on slow speeds and it comes up nice but not perfect.
The inside, you just have to contort yourself in the cabin and use plenty of elbow grease.
It usually takes me about 30 mins to do just the inside of the rear window. At first i used to use alot of plexus and thought it was better, however, when i spray just a little bit and really work it in, i had better results.
Dont know if it will work for you but goodluck!!

Plexus plastic clean its called . Works well on all plastic parts . I use to polish my tailights / headlights/ rear wind deflector etc with it .
Takes abit of work , but gets good results . I think the honda one sells for about $30 .

located at Bankstown Airport. When I had the plastic window
I bought an electric shoe polisher. Battery powered with a
couple of small lambswool pads. Quiet small and compact,
found it made cleaning the inside of the window much easier.
