Don't you mean UP to Winton (most maps have North at the top ogff the page).
I will be leaving fron the Caltex but suggest 7.00 NOT 7.15 if you want everyone to get up there on time and MOST importantly have time to refuel in Benalla.

Meet on the Hume somewhere and cruise down. Anyone familiar with how long it would take to drive there from the start of the Hume in Coburg ? I would of thought a 0715 meet time would suffice

I am a starter also - 7.00am at the Caltex truck stop, Coburg. ( Do you have a Melways reference??)

The Caltex Servo sticks out like the proverbal. Left hand side past FordMoCo. - a long way past Coburg I might add, we're talking Craigieburn here boys and girls.

If you're driving up the Hume to Winton watch out for cop cars in the bushes around the Shepparton turnoff (there are usually 2 cars, one of the is about 3km after the new (Caltex?) service station).
