Default Cruise Control

Guys

Can anyone tell me any good places in Melbourne to get cruise control fitted on my S2K? Also what type of dollars would it be?

There's becoming way too many speed camera's around Melb ....

doesnt the S come standard with the cruise control?? i am not sure about other country but the US version comes with cruise control

In Aus the S doesn't come with cruise control.

below is a cut & paste job.. if you do a search you should be able to find more.


In a previous post 2KTurkey said ....

In the same thread TWOK said ......

" I have the unit from Autron. The control fits neatly in the bottom right hand section of the steering wheel - almost looks like and original item in the car. I will post a pic soon...

It is very stable and there is no noticible surge.

I had a couple of teething problems that were quickly rectified and it has been reliable for the past 2 years. It has probably paid for itself many times over in saved fines.

I recommend that you have it fitted at your dealer. I have a feeling your dealer will have more respect for you as a long term customer that the Autron workshop.

I had mine fitted after-market as well. I do too much highway driving to not have one! There are just too many people wanting to take your photos these days!
