Default Clutch question

During the week I have noticed something strange with my clutch pedal.
When the pedal is flat to the floor, during the first few cms of travel (ie right as yoiu lift off, but before clutch engages) the pedal seems to stick a little bit.
I have also noticed once or twice(but not all the time) that the pedal will make a loud squeak when being pushed in/out as ifsomething needs greasing.

Oh and I think I have finally experience the clutch buzz for the first time this week also (not sure if this is a related problem).

The car has been maintained according to Honda service recommendations.

Any thoughts? Maybe I'll just do a fluid change anyway. Hopefully it isn't anything more than this.

***EDIT***

I suppose I should have searched first - I have found a multitude of things it may be, although some of the ones describing the same problem has been only after getting the clutch replaced.
Anyway I'm hoping its just the release fork.

If it makes you feel any better, I too have experienced all the above, but thought nothing of it and just live with it. If you find out the exact cause of the occassional stickiness, I would be curious to know.

I just changed my triple plate racing clutch (uses no flywheel) for a standard 1. I was crazy to stick with that racing clutch for so long, the standard one has a lighter pedal, makes the engine vibrate less and makes the car easier to get off the line. One of the most dumb things I ever did, was to have that racing clutch in for all that time!!!!

I only used to get the sticky/creacky clutch after a track day. Though, about a week later it was always 100% gone (ie. no sticking and no creacking). I never figured out why/what it really was, except that it would happen after every track day.

You had a triple plate on the road?!?!

Tripple plate clutches need cleaning out every few thousand km's.

Was this triple plate clutch on a F20C? Who made it and where do you get them from? I've been looking for Tilton/AP style clutch that uses a pull rather than push actuation without any luck.

Chris.

It's on a Ferrari. F355 if I'm not mistaken (And I probably am).
