Default Brake Pads

The front pads are running a bit dry.. So its time to get some new ones.. i don't plan to do track days or anything like that, but is there anything out there that can be recommended or something thats high performance for street use?

Thanks

dbzerk, I've got some hardly used RB74s that I'd be willing to sell.

Send me a PM if you're interested.

The RB74s are a bit serious for general use and produce heaps of dust. Check out Bendix Ultimates as a cheaper alternative to stock.

In terms of braking absulutely. I used them on the road as well as the track and could not recommend them high enought for either.

dbzerk, the RB74s are made by RaceBrakes.

I'll go down to my garage tomorrow and have a look. I may also have a spare set of standard pads - not very worn.

RB74s are custom made by Race Brakes. They even used to give a trade-in on your worn pads as they used the shoes and bond their material on to them.

They are very good. I use them road and track. But they are very dusty.
