Default Bloody hot outthere!

Good thing I am getting the windows on the Beetle tinted tomorrow with the most heat absorbing tint I could find. Just parking it outside for 15 minutes raised the internal temp to 47 Deg today.

Good beach weather though...

Try Brisbane, there has been a heat wave warning out from yesterday until thursday. the humidity is at 62%, and my office air con aint makin the grade.

Try Melbourne, beautiful yesterday with 27 degrees and crappy and raining today. No need for Tint today (or a roof that goes down - damn it!)

Ah, the life of a retired person ...just back...hot here too so jumped in the car, zipped down to Stanwell Park for a burger with the lot, a quick dip in the ocean, an ice cream in the shade, then a zip back through the foliage shaded tarmac of the Royal National Park....."I'm allright Jack"

You lucky duck Stan!

Kinda makes me wish that:
1. I had stayed unemployed so I could continue enjoying that same lifestyle (4 months is just not long enough a vacation!)
2. I didn't have to go out now and move the car from its sun drenched spot where it has been sitting for the last 2 hours!

How bad was the weather yesterday here.. It was supposed to be 30!! but all we got here in Melb was all day RAIN!
