hey s2o0o, great to see someone so enthused it's great that you know what you want to do!!
My uni requires a UAI (HSC teritary entrance ranking type thing) of 83 but i think it has since gone up.
Some of the Sydney uni's such as UNSW require scores around 94. It really depends on demand. The set score is more or less a guideline. e.g if the UAI is set at 83 but there are hundreds of students who scored in the 90's that want to do that course at that particular uni, the entrance mark will be pushed up. therefore when heaps of high scoring kids wanna go to UNSW the UAI gets pushed to 94 to accomodate this.
I got provisional early entry to the course before HSC results were released; so long as i got over 80 they would confirm my reserved place regardless of if the UAI set score was raised.
Look into your local uni's to see if they offer a similar sort of program. It is well worth it, and all i had to was put together a report thing and they based it on my trial HSC results.
I prob should have PM'd this to you but oh well.. its done now.. All the best chicka

most ppl i know say that i get to the point in regards to conversations.
i'm sorry if this offends ppl but i don't like wasting my time nor the other persons so i tell them directly, i don't waffle on.
i do this if i'm particularly busy and some ppl take it the wrong way and think that i'm being rude, but hey what can u do?

Cayenne I could definitely use some of your "directness" lately. I dont think that people are having a shot at you about it though, just stating an observation. In fact it seems that the quote you took of RedRover is in agreeance with your description of yourself i.e direct/ to-the-point. Did I miss something?
