Default Anyone else watching SoO?

It's great to watch the raw emotion that these guy's played with and reminisce about the good ole' days of footy. State of Origin is probably the only thing on TV that I look forward to watching anymore

We had a gathering here for the first on and tomorrow night some of the attendees are returning the favour. And they cook awesome rotis.

But it means I can't go to WSID.

Turn down the sound on the TV and turn up Roy and HG on JJJ.

Hmm it's my fault b/c of the misleading title but last night I was referring to the 25years of origin that they showed. It was kind of a reunion where some of the greats talked through some of the memorable moments. It was a great show that really highlighted some of the changes that have been made in the game.

Feel free to move on to discussing tonight's game though

Yeah I realise that was what you were talking about - but I figure anybody watching all of that would also be watching the game.

Wasn't it a great game too! I kind of watched it while I was studying and I couldn't study too well b/c I couldn't look away!

Of course it was a good game - NSW won

I have never liked Minichello, and the number of times he spilled the ball just re-inforced that. He did make up for it with a couple of tries I guess.

Braith Anasta just didn't seem to do anything. I think we would have gone just as well if anybody else was playing instead of him.

Great pass from Johns to Buderus that led to the try.

Bring back the biff.

Wow, I take it you were listing to R&HG. The TV commentators couldn't sing Anasta or Minichello's praise highly enough. IMNSHO Minichello is amazing and only outshone by Slater.

Yeah Roy and HG - but they slag off plenty of good players. I just don't really like Mini that much. Don't know what it really is. I think there are plenty of good fullbacks out there, but their physical size and weight (or lack of) probabaly counts against them during selection discussions.
