Default 04' S2000 New model???

Does anybody know about the rumoured updates to the new 2004 model? I have heard that it will have a larger engine with more HP and a new interior with a possible new exterior styling. Can anybody confirm this and are there any web sites with any information regarding this?

It's all rumours and BS at this point. I'm pretty sure it'll happen but anyone that tells you they know the details is either lying or breaching some pretty big NDA's.

Honda documentation shows there will be a 2.2 engine and a number of other changes.

If it's true the value of current s2k's will drop like crazy.

Doubt it Blood - second hand buyers are a totally different market from new buyers, don't confuse the two.

I dunno. When I bought mine I considered both new and second hand. Maybe I'm a weirdo.

Well I certainly wouldn't consider any buyer for my 3 years and 9 months old S2000 to also be in the market for a new vehicle especially considering that mine would be selling for around 50-60% of the price of a new vehicle.

It doesn't have to be the same buyer. That's not how market dynamics work. All that's necessary is for a few top end second hand buyers to choose new instead and the whole second hand market shifts down.
