Hey guys, I am off to Yokohama in December for work but i wanted to know what i can do around there. Car shops/stores, good sushi, and record stores. Even junkyards with s2000's? I want to come up on some goodies.

I looked on maps.google but cannot read japanese.

And where is the "Electric town"?

 

Many shops and restaurants in and around Yokohama. There's also a big Autobacs not so far from the train station.

Sightseeing you have Minato Mirai and Chinatown.

It's about 30-40 minutes from Yokohama to central Tokyo on the train. "Electric town" is Akihabara in Tokyo.

The tallest building in Japan, the Landmark Tower, is located in Yokohama.

Japan has an excellent light rail system so you could easily take the train from Yokohama to other districts (Shinjuku, Akihabara) Roppongi district for bars, etc...).
