I need to know how hard it was to remove the paint that is chipping around the shiftboot with the finger nail polish? did you just put finger nail polish on a rag and rub it off or is there more to it? I have a car show here in town on the 31st of July and I will be showing with the top down, so i wanna get this done before the show

My paint around the shift boot is coming off. Hell a little scraping with my finger nail and it comes off. I think he said to use nail polish remover on it when i chatted with him about it. Should rub right off. Doesn't seem to be stuck to the metal that well.

take fingernail polish remover and watch a half hour show as you rub it off, and there you go!!
