I've heard that it's just a reminder to have scheduled maintenance done. Is that true?
If it is true, how much should I expect Holmes to charge me? I'm sure they'll do the 30k maint., since my car has 26k on it.

On all Honda and Acura vehicles, Steve. It comes on every 7500 miles. For the most part, it's just an oil change (if your due of course). It is just a reminder, your car is not going to blow up. To reset, hold down the trip and other button (drawing a blank...lol) turn the key to accessory II position, and watch the light click off, about 5-10 secs.
