Default getting my oem wheels powdercoated

found a guy that does powdercoating a little over an hour away. sandblasting oem clear off, powdercoat, bake, clear, bake 35 bucks a wheel...

obviously for that price, my options are limited as in all 1 color and no taping off unless i want to pay more. i've seen some wheels he's done and he did an excellent job on those. i'm just debating on color. i can't decide if i want a lighter non-white color such as orange or yellow or if i want to go with a dark gunmetal to accent the cf that i'm planning on getting soon.

anyone have pics of non black or white painted oem wheels? i found a thread a while back but just about everything i saw was either non ap1 wheels or black or white. i'm wanting something different to set my car off.

Wow, that's cheap. Mine are powdercoated Cosmic Grey:

I'd go with gunmetal, but that's just my personal opinion.

Yea, where is this? I have a set of universal 4 bolt 16s off my old car that I want to refinish and sell, this way I could clean up the big imperfections and sell them to someone who can go and pick out what color they want.

it's a place right outside batesville, ar. not sure where you're from but hopefully gas doesn't outweigh the cost saved.

a couple weeks ago when detailing my car, my wheels were covered in white suds and i kinda stepped back and admired what white would look like. it looked pretty sick but i've seen too many white wheels. i want something different. i'm pretty sure i'm going with something similar to this for wheel color:

mine won't have any kind of polished lip or anything, just solid orange. i may rattlecan my lugs and centercaps a gloss black also. or if i can get some matching touch-up paint, i may leave the "H" emblem black and paint the silver part of my centercaps that color orange and still rattlecan the oem lugs black. i'm going for sickest oem wheels EVAR!!! HAHAHAHA

jacked these pics from pages 7 and 8 of the "Painted wheel thread"

pics are of "Dressed2Kill"s car. wish i had money for some sweet 18"s like those!
