Default Clutch change

Anyone in the LR area have experience with clutch changes? My buddy put the Stage 3 i have in now when i was on a vaca. like 2.5 years ago so i didnt get the experience in last time.

its pretty straight forward. Only crappy parts are getting the top bolt off the tranny, the bolt hidden behind the alternator, and realigning the tranny on there. Everything else is just basic mechanics,

I agree with Fadi. You will need a good set of extensions at least 36" or it won't happen. Get an idea where the radiator bolt is and build up your vocabulary of four letter words. Your good to go!

It's a big PITA but im still not gonna pay a dealership to do it next time. I bought all oem parts when i did mine and had money left over for some new jackstands, torque wrench, engine/tranny mounts, and a cr sway bar and i still didn't touch what the dealer wanted for it.

follow the DIY in UtH forum and youll be ok. (i say that after 15 hours i had one friend asleep under the car near a shop lamp for warmth, one who had a cut to nurse on his forehead, and me and the last friend couldnt feel out fingers, but it was the first RWD tranny drop for all of us.)
