I was real pleased with my dyno pulls on 09/25/2010. My '02 AP1 is equipped with the Comptech Supercharger and Aftercooler (6.5 psi boost at 8,800 rpm). The previous dyno testing/tuning (with completely stock exhaust) gave 295 rwhp. The only change in these dyno pulls was the Berk Highflow Cat in place of the stock cat. Result: 14 more rwhp....now getting 309 rwhp with 92 octane gas! The next time I will be sure to have a full tank of 93 octane gas instead a mixture of 1/2 tank of 91 octane and 1/2 tank of 93 octane.
Also enjoyed visiting with friends and meeting some new folks at the Polk Performance of Arkansas facility in Alexander,AR.

Going to stick with the stock exhaust until it needs replacing on my '02 AP1 as not a fan of loud exhaust. Replacing rear tires each year is now an issue with that much power over stock and my spirited driving during sport car highway tours. I drive my S less than 5,000 miles per year (no drag racing or drifting). With Bridgestone RE050A P.P. 255/40R/17 tires costing $221 each plus shipping, mounting, and balancing, the price is a budget item for this retiree.
The 14 rwhp gain included adjusting fuel pressure valve (before second pull) to enrichen mixture so that air/fuel ratio was 11.7 (at 70 psi fuel rail pressure) instead of 12.0 above 8,000 rpm (VETC) in 4th gear. No 3rd pull was attempted because detonation in VETC was heard on pulls 1 and 2 on the 92 octane gas. It will probably be next year before the car is dyno tested again. Until then, I am adding octane booster to each (93 octane) tank fillup.
