Thanks man! Going to look at this tonight. I have used Valvoline 10w-30 during my last 3 oil changes and have been very happy with the oil. Would be nice to try out this Vr1 addition with the added zinc, which is a reason a lot of people have been using Amsoil.

I just printed out the rebate form. I have yet to see this stuff for sale in stores, so I need to find a local place and buy a case...Let me know if you find any.

I'm calling around and so far vatozone doesn't carry it.

I have o'reilly auto parts, Napa, auto-zone, and pep boys all within rock throwing distance. I'll check them all out.

Nobody locally carries it for me. I could try to order it through Napa, but the price before tax is already above the $50 amount that the rebate is good for...

does the rebate only cover $50? so if its $60, then that is $10 for a case? is that how it works?
