I rarely have anyone trying to race, but my car is pretty stock looking...
In my '67 fastback I get a lot of people in every day cars revving their engine at lights, which just makes me giggle. The car is really loud with an aggressive cam, so it gets a lot of attention at stop lights.

Not really that often but it happens to me too...
In Chandler usually it is by a loud lifted 4x4 pick up or a dude on a hog..
On freeway it is by ricer cars
I notice it more now that my car is so damn loud

The race attempts have seem to have stopped for me out here - but I do constantly get a "Whats up, we're like buddies or something" rev from anything with a fart can within 5 cars of me at a stop light.
Its almost always some brodawg young guys in some horrible condition early 90s Honda or Nissan that just makes me shake my head that they are calling attention to it.
It does make me like the CTS-V that much more though as you can easily and near silently pass anyone. So far my favorites are the (sound like they are) built Mustangs. I'm going to have to put my gf on camera duty to get the "WTF?!?!" faces when a heavyweight sedan blows their doors off.

I get very few people who try to race me, prolly because mine is Suzuka (non-aggro color) and pretty much stock. I did have one guy in a Charger pull up next to me and pop some revs on the 60 last year. I just shook my head slowly at him like, "dude, not even worth it." Then last month one of those Jag roadsters tried to beat me off the light because his lane was merging in up ahead. I had half a car on him when the merge hit, so he had to back off. I'm sure he was bummed about all that $$ he wasted. I don't necessarily get off on street racing, but would love to do a track day at some point. Most of the fun I have on the road is freeway onramps locally or finding twisties out of town. Just me and the VTEC...

Not this Tuesday Dillion!!! It was a good race until I stepped on the gas! Although I was impressed with the car and I'm really glad you like it!

I had an srt4 destroy me in my M coupe one night a few years ago...
Of course he passed me in the opposing lane to do it, and right in front of a cop, so he was arrested and his car was towed! lol ass. That guy deserved it.
