Thank you for the kind words everyone! I think it only took a couple miles into the route for everyone to decide that we have to do this again!

Anyone feel like helping me do a little official write-up of the event? I see the Dragon run just posted a write up on the home page, and I would like to submit something to the mods to show what we are doing in AZ. Next year I want to get people from different states involved and try to grow the event. PM me if you are willing to help with a write up.

Great time but no more chicken wings for me. Pretty intense storm between Heber and Payson. Drifting through a drift without trying! Had to be there.

Yeah tons of fun on the way back but I was really worried about the tires holding in the hard rain at some spots.

How did we not get pulled over by that crown vic parked on the other side of the hill lol?

HAHA...same here...I passed two DPS cruisers down 77....THANKFUL, but no idea why they didn't go after me! hehehe

Yea we got really lucky with police. I was about thirty over.

Y'all must've found all of them because I didn't see a single cruiser until I was on I-10 and he was going to an Explorer that rolled off the highway.

I'd vote yes on the twice a year idea. Spring and Fall are very busy times for me, but that doubles my chances of joining this group for what seems like a fantastic weekend.
