Edit: I just double checked and I'm pretty sure I'm right. All USDM and Euro Type R's were 5 lug. 98' would have been the first year these cars were available here and the only color offered at the time was Championship White.
Type-r in Japan from 1994-1997 had a variation of 2 different 5 lugs and One 4 lug which is the same that comes on the preludes!

Oh, and I talked to Ahmed about why he has 4 lug wheels on his USDM ITR. Here's what happened: He and a friend went "halfsies" on the ITR. It's a '98, I think he said? But the guy that put the other half of the cash up wanted the 5 lug stuff for his own car, so Ahmed got the '96-spec JDM stuff. His rear bumper is a '97, I think.
